Returns & Refunds

All Spoil Yourself Jewellery is quality checked before it leaves to ensure it’s not faulty and packed correctly for shipping.

If your purchase has a fault or wrongly sent, we will gladly issue a credit note for the amount of the faulty item. Please email the invoice number and description of the fault or wrong item sent, including a photo of the fault. We will then issue a credit note to be used on your next order.

A refund will be provided for major faults. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Spoil Yourself Jewellery recommend you check you purchased goods, as the warranty is only covered for 30 days from the order date.

Spoil Yourself Jewellery will not exchange or refund any product that has been misused, damaged in accidents, exposed to abrasive substances and any other factor outside of normal use. Please refer to the Caring for jewellery guide in our FAQ’s. Lee M Designs Will not provide a refund or credit for change of mind.
